Association of people with disabilities of Kavala’s Prefecture, the main task of the Confederation is to combat discrimination against people with disabilities, chronic diseases and their families and the promotion, protection and enjoyment of their guaranteed human and constitutional rights. Particular attention is paid to the human rights of people with disabilities, those established by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which our country has ratified in its protocol 4074/2012. The Confederation, as the most representative disability organization, participates in decision-making centers and represents people with disabilities in dialogue with the Greek state.
